We're proud to announce that in 2016, we're working with SPROUT NOLA to give a series of free gardening classes for all ages at the ReFresh Community Farm. Classes are held at the ReFresh Project on the third Saturday of every month at 9am. Our first class on January 16th was a great time for adults and kids alike!

In addition to learning how to plant vegetables and fruits for at home gardens, participants also learned about the food system. We talked about the industrial food system and the local food system, and the benefits and challenges that come with each.
