The New Orleans Track Club will host a 2 mile Resilience Run/Walk on August 29, 2015 to commemorate the 10 year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina’s landfall and celebrate New Orleans’ perseverance and spirit. Friends of Lafitte Greenway is honored to be one of ten official nonprofit beneficiaries of the run!

Sign up here to volunteer for the race and receive a complimentary race T-shirt! Volunteers will help with registration, water distribution, turns on the course, site setup and breakdown.  The volunteer shift is 6:30 - 11 AM on Saturday, August 29.
