The League of American Bicyclists recently upgraded New Orleans from bronze to silver bicycle friendliness ranking, thanks largely to a significant increase in new bike lanes and the upcoming Lafitte Greenway!

New Orleans improved it score in all five categories: engineering, education, encouragement, enforcement, and evaluation/planning. Read more at the League of America Bicyclists' website.
