NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -She's only been in business a month, but from her view behind the counter of her newly minted food shop, Gail Joseph can see possibilities.

“I hope the greenway will be a success,” Joseph said. “I hope our store will be a success.”

Joseph envisions people from all walks of life enjoying the brand new Lafitte Greenway. Soon, these same walkers and bikers will need a cold drink or a quick snack, which she is happy to offer.
