Streets Team 
Meetings: Schedule varies 
The Streets Team is the bridge between the Greenway and the institutions, businesses, and community groups around it. Streets Team members build and maintain these strong relationships, hit the streets with program flyers and information, and help guide Friends of Lafitte Greenway's programming, events, and community engagement.
            
Greenway Soiree Planning Committee
Meetings: Schedule varies
Responsible for organizing, planning and executing the annual October Greenway Soiree gala.
               
Greenway Fest Planning Committee
Meetings: Once a month on weekday evenings, 5:30PM - 7:00PM
Responsible for organizing, planning and executing the annual Greenway Fest: Tunes, Tales, and Trails festival.
               
Planning & Design Committee
Meetings: Tuesdays of every other month, 11:30AM - 1:00PM
Advises the staff and board on decisions relating to the built environment, both on the Lafitte Greenway and development on Greenway-fronting properties.
                  
        A. Arts Advisory Committee
        Meetings: Every other month
        The Arts Activation Committee advises the staff on our work, and helps connect us to artists, funders, and partners in the arts community. 
                    
        B. Trail Completion Working Group
        Meetings: As needed
        Working to develop a plan, public awareness, and to advocate for the Lafitte Greenway's extension to the Canal Boulevard Transit Center. 
                      
        C. Safety & Security Working Group
         Meetings: Schedule varies, as needed
         Responsible for conducting research and preparing recommendations to enhance the Lafitte Greenway's safety and security. 
                       
        D. Broad to Norman C. Francis Pkwy Activation
         Meetings: Schedule varies, as needed
         Advises and contributes ideas of development and use for activating the Greenway from Broad to Norman C. Francis Parkway including the Brake Tag
         Station site, NOPD facility, and Sign & Signal Shop. 
                       
         E. Housing & Zoning Working Group
         Meetings: Schedule varies, as needed
         Advises organization on policy, projects, and advocacy work relating to housing affordability, and zoning related issues along the Greenway. 
    
         F. Signage Working Group
         Meetings: Schedule varies, as needed
         Developing a plan for Lafitte Greenway signage including wayfinding, interpretive, adopt-a-trail, programmatic, etc.
